पैराग्लाइडिंग हिमाचल प्रदेश के बिलासपुर जिले में बंदला पहाड़ी (Paragliding Bandla Hill Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh) की चोटी से आयोजित की जाती है। बंदला पहाड़ियों की चोटी से पैराग्लाइडिंग करने के बाद पायलट गोविंद सागर झील (Govind Sagar Lake) के किनारे उतरते हैं। 14 दिसंबर को पंजाब प्रांत (Resident of Punjab province) के रहने वाले हर्ष ने ये अद्भुत कारनामा कर दिखाया.

हर्ष ने अपनी स्कूटी बंदला की पहाड़ियों (Hills of Bandla) के ऊपर से उड़ाया और लगभग 7 किमी नीचे गोविंद सागर झील (Govind Sagar lake) के किनारे उतरा।

हिमाचल प्रदेश में इससे पूर्व भी कई पैराग्लाइडिंग से संबंधित वीडियो वायरल हुए हैं. बंदला पैराग्लाइडिंग साइट से उड़ान भरने में वायुमंडल में मौजूद फाइबर अत्यधिक सुरक्षा के प्रति मदद करता है. यही वजह है कि बंदला पैराग्लाइडिंग साइट को एशियाभर में सबसे सुरक्षित पैराग्लाइडिंग साइट माना गया है .

अति दर्दनाक : Bir Billing में उड़ान भरने के बाद नेवी के पायलट की मौत

Bir Billing News : पैराग्लाइडिंग के लिए विश्वविख्यात घाटी बीड़ बिलिंग में मंगलवार को 34 वर्षीय केरला निवासी‌ नेवी‌ में कार्यरत‌ बिविन‌‌ देव‌ की मौत हो गई।

On Tuesday, 34-year-old Kerala resident Bivin Dev, working in the Navy, died in Bir Billing, a valley famous for paragliding.

ताज़ा जानकारी के मुताबिक पायलट बिविन‌‌ देव‌ ने मंगलवार‌ को‌ करीब‌ 2 बजे के बाद बिलिंग के टेक ऑफ‌ प्वाइंट से उड़ान भरी।

इस‌ दौरान‌ उक्त पायलट काफी ऊंचाई तक पहुंच गया, जहां‌ पायलट का‌ ग्लाइडर स्पेन होने के बाद क्लैप्स हो गया।, जिसके बाद पायलट‌ अनियंत्रित होकर टेक ऑफ‌ प्वाइंट के समीप गिर गया।‌ इस दुर्घटना में घायल हुए पैराग्लाइडर पायलट को सिर में गंभीर चोटें आई थीं।

आपको बता दे की प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद घायल पायलट को मिलिट्री अस्पताल पालमपुर (Military Hospital Palampur) ले जाया गया, जहां उसकी मौत हो गई। साडा सुपरवाइजर रणविजय ने बताया कि बिलिंग घाटी में बाद‌ दोपहर एक पायलट के उड़ान भरने के बाद घायल होने का समाचार मिला था, जिसके‌ बाद‌ नेवी‌ से संपर्क‌‌ करने के बाद घायल नेवी‌ के पायलट‌ को उपचार के लिए मिल्ट्री अस्पताल पालमपुर ले‌‌ जाया गया था।‌ उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें यह जानकारी नहीं मिली‌ है कि उक्त पायलट की मौत हो गई है।

Paragliding के लिए प्रसिद्ध घाटी Bir Billing एक बार फिर हादसे का सबब बनी है। मंगलवार को बाद दोपहर घाटी के टेकऑफ प्वाइंट से उड़ान भरने के दौरान 2 पायलट व एक पर्यटक हादसे का शिकार हो गए। प्रशासन से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक इस हादसे में 29 वर्षीय पायलट राकेश कुमार निवासी बीड़ व 31 वर्षीय पर्यटक आकाश अग्रवाल निवासी विजय नगर गाजियाबाद उत्तर प्रदेश की मौत हो गई जबकि उड़ान में मदद करने वाला पायलट 34 वर्षीय विकास कपूर निवासी बीड़ गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया।

जानकारी के अनुसार जैसे ही पायलट ने बिलिंग के टेक ऑफ प्वाइंट से उड़ान भरी तो विकास कपूर व टैंडम उड़ान भर रहे आकाश अग्रवाल की उड़ान के दौरान मदद करवाने वाले राकेश कुमार की बाजू ग्लाइडर में फंस गई, जिसके बाद राकेश कुछ समय तक पैराग्लाइडर में फंस गया व बाद में गिरकर घायल हो गया।

वहीं टैंडम उड़ान करवाने वाला पायलट व पर्यटक भी अनियंत्रित होकर गिर गए, जिन्हें बाद में मौकै पर मौजूद अन्य पायलटों द्वारा सीएचसी सैंटर बीड़ लाया गया, जहां से उन्हें सिविल अस्पताल बैजनाथ रैफर कर दिया गया लेकिन अस्पताल पहुंचने से पहले ही पायलट राकेश कपूर व पर्यटक आकाश अग्रवाल ने दम तोड़ दिया जबकि पायलट विकास कपूर को गंभीर अवस्था में डाॅक्टरों द्वारा टांडा मेडिकल कॉलेज रैफर कर दिया गया।

मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए Baijnath SDM Salim Azam ने बताया कि हादसे में मारे गए पायलट व पर्यटक के शवों को सिविल अस्पताल बैजनाथ में रखा गया है, जिनका बुधवार को पोस्टमार्टम करवाया जाएगा।

उधर, DC Kangra and Chairman of Disaster Management Department, Dr. Nipun Jindal ने Bir Billing में हुए हादसे को लेकर Baijnath’s SDM को न्यायिक जांच के आदेश दिए हैं व इस मामले से संबंधित रिपोर्ट को एक सप्ताह के भीतर पेश करने की बात कही है।
